Experience
Web Designers with 1-7 years of hands-on experience.Should have proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, HTML, Illustrator, etc. Candidate must have worked on web projects. Candidates with an ART degree would be preferred.

Job Description
Primary responsibilities will include designing new websites and flash animations, rendering design mock-ups, and developing and maintaining complete websites.
This includes the creation of all website elements including logos, navigation objects, banners, graphics, flash animation, etc.
You will be expected to work in co-ordination with developers and project managers and completely manage the design aspects of the project.
You should be able to work independently.

Desired Profile
High level of visualisation skills, creativity and a very good sense of color.
Should have experience in design softwares like Macromedia Flash AS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver ,Illustrator etc.
Should have very sound knowledge of XHTML/CSS coding, the ability to work under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously, with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of SEO will be useful
